1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Aison AI ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aison AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating, scaffolding, and deploying software applications, including frontend UI code (Angular, Tailwind) and backend infrastructure. The Service includes our Web Studio, AI agents, and associated APIs.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including generating malicious code, scraping data without authorization, or violating intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unlike traditional low-code/no-code platforms, you retain 100% ownership and copyright over the source code generated specifically for your projects via the Aison AI platform. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the generated applications. However, Aison AI retains all rights to the underlying platform, proprietary AI models, and orchestration algorithms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aison AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or the generated code.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page or by sending an email notification.
